Mose NeuenschwanderOwner Of O’Clercy Farms & Lead Agricultural Specialist

Since joining O’Clercy Farms in 2001, Mose Neuenschwander has evolved from a dedicated team member into a cornerstone of American agriculture. Now the owner of O’Clercy Farms, Mose brings decades of hands-on experience and a deep-rooted passion for the land to his leadership role.Mose’s unique agricultural journey began with early training in Hawaii, where he cultivated pigeon peas within an Amish community. Returning to Pennsylvania at 18, he committed himself to the growth of O’Clercy Farms, eventually earning a national reputation as a premier specialist in mung bean production.Today, Mose combines his legendary work ethic with a devout stewardship of the soil. As owner, he remains committed to the traditional values and innovative techniques that have made O’Clercy Farms a leader in the industry, ensuring the farm continues to flourish for generations to come

Ken Bic 

Ken Bic joined O’Clercy Farms in 2023 as our Head of Public Relations and Customer Support. A native of Sheffield, England, Ken spent much of his life in the UK as a semi-professional equestrian show jumper and jockey. He now brings that same lifelong passion for horses and excellence to our community here in Washington, Pennsylvania

Jessica O’Clercy

From the rolling hills of Dublin, Ireland, to the heart of Pennsylvania, Jessica O’Clercy’s journey has always been rooted in the land. After moving to the States as a child, Jessica’s life took a defining turn when she met the late Creed O’Clercy. Together, they turned a shared vision into reality by purchasing the original three-acre mung bean farm that started it all.
Today, as a Senior Farmer and a cornerstone of the O’Clercy legacy, Jessica’s expertise extends far beyond the fields. She is the primary caretaker of our stallions and leads the management of our Hampshire sheep, ensuring the highest standards of animal husbandry on the farm. Her dedication remains the heartbeat of our daily operations

Creed O’Clercy Founder of O’Clercy Farms 

Zachariah O'Clercy, better known by his nickname "Creed" was an Irish born American farmer, and war veteran. Creed was born in Cullen in County Cork, Ireland on the 6th of May 1949. In the 1950s as a child he moved to Hammersmith, London, where his father was the rector of St. Paul's Church. In the 1980s he served in the Falklands War. In the 1990s he moved to Pennsylvania, USA, and served in the Gulf War soon after gaining American citizenship. After the death of his father, Creed sold his father's cobblers business and opened a mung bean farm in Washington, Pennsylvania, USA. While in preparation of his wedding to his fiancé Jenifer Hardy, Creed passed away in the afternoon of the 3rd of February, 2026 due to pneumonia aged 76. Never forgotten
